This design was inspired by a trip to Paris. My friend (who lives in Belgium), took a train ride into Paris to meet me in the city while I was traveling abroad. We sat and sipped warm drinks in cafes, toured the Seine river, and had a great day exploring the city. When we rode the lift up the Eiffel tower for the first time, we both cried! Ever since then I've become a little bit of a "Francophile" It started by naming our dog and bird with French names, oh how I enjoy just pronouncing them! I think it's one of the most beautiful languages. It's definitely rolled into my design work too! You'll see quite a few designs with French phrases. This card translates to say: "Good-bye, my friend". It's a sweet card to send to a girlfriend who might be traveling to France, or one of the many other French speaking parts of the world, like Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, or Morocco!

Or perhaps just someone who is going on a special trip who appreciates the language for it's beauty as we do.
